When were your moments that you felt fulfilled and happy in your life? Write your peaks.

  • Thoughts about them?
  • Where do they coincide?

Meeting Recap

  • Start with your personal story so you can use that value to build a ideal customer profile. When you use that specific values, it'll be a lot easier to find and use your customer's language. Then it'll be easy to tie up the story and the service you want to provide.

  • When have you been most proud when you were working?
  • When were you really engaged?
  • When do you feel like time is flying by?
  • When did you feel like you were faking? 
  • What frustrates you?

* Think in terms of location, work environment, activities, processes, industries, team&relationships, etc
